YMCA Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy mind, spirit, and body for all.
We want to welcome you to the J. Smith Young YMCA web site. This YMCA is truly a focal point of community service in Davidson County offering something for everyone of all ages from seniors to infants. In addition, our organization offers two unique services to our community. We staff and operate a food service area for special events, civic clubs, and groups that need this service. There is also a ten lane bowling facility that has an automatic scoring system and offers both league and recreational bowling. As you can tell, our organization offers many different services to the community and touches the lives of so many in our community.
Please take several minutes to check out what we have to offer. Information is available from the menu that offers an overview of our classes and programs plus our food service and bowling options. Our organization currently has over 5,000 members and we continue to make significant improvements in our facilities. We invite you to visit and take a tour. The strength of our YMCA is in the people we bring together that participate in worthwhile programs and experiences.
Thank you for visiting our site.
