All classes listed below are free for members.  Potential members may purchase a monthly fitness card for $45.00.
 
Cardio-Sculpt Fusion
This class combines the best of both worlds!  Various cardio formats are combined with sculpting exercises to maximize your efforts in this hour long workout!  This is a level 2 class.
 
Cycle and Sculpt
The class starts out on the bikes for some fast paced sprints and climbs, then moves to some strength raining with weights.  It is a great way to get your cardio and strength training in one class.  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Hip Hop Hustle
Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too!  This simple and easy to follow workout feels more like a night out on the town than exercise.  This is a level 2 class.
 
Hit the Road
An exciting way to cardio train!  Start in the cycle room for cardio intervals on the bike, then take it outside for running intervals and drills.  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Instructor's Choice
A challenging cardio workout!  This class will rotate instructors with a different format every week.  Check Saturday schedule in the studio for format and instructor teaching.
 
Pilates
If you want to learn to move through your day with symmetry and grace, have lean, flat abs and strong posture, this is the class for you!  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Pilates w/Props
Take your Pilates workout to a different level by adding light hand weights, weighted balls and the exercise ball to tone and sculpt upper and lower body muscles with an emphasis on the core.  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Power Cycle
This high intensity, interval training, indoor cycling workout is designed to improve performance, increase strength and endurance.  This class is full of power-packed intervals, aggressive hill climbs, and drills to push you to your personal edge!  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Power Hour
This class combines skills and drills alternating cardio segments with strength training.  This is a level 2 class.
 
Powercut
Define yourself!  This class offers a total body workout that targets each major muscle group.  Rotate training through endurance, strength and power cycles.  This is a level 2 class.
 
Rep Reebok
This class is a reinvention of the traditional group strength training.  Training focus rotates through endurance, strength and power cycles to create a periodized program that eliminates strength training plateaus.  This is an all level class.
 
Silver Cyclists
This is a great cardio workout for the beginner of the older active adult.  Take this class on a regular basis and watch your cardio performance increase dramatically.  This is a level 1 and 2 class.
 
Silver Sneakers
A chair-based exercise class offering a non-impact cardio and toning workout.  This class includes stretching moves to increase flexibility and range of motion.  This is a level 1 class.
 
Tai Chi
Slow dance-like movements create balance, flexibility, and calmness.  Emphasis on deep breathing and mental imagery integrates your mind with your body.  Great for relieving stress!  This is a level 1 class.
 
Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is the hottest kick-boxing class around!  You'll kick, punch, and groove in this action packed, super fun workout!  This a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Turbo Xtreme/Mix
Challenge your cardio endurance by TURBO charging throughout your workout to maximize the intesity and FUN!  This is a level 2 and 3 class.
 
Y-Fitt
This class is the YMCA's version of the popular CrossFit style routine.  It is a strength and conditioning class that combines weights, sprinting and plyometric training.  It pushes the athletes proficiency in each of ten general physical skills: respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.  This is a very intense level 3 class.
 
Yoga
Relax, lengthen and strengthen!  This class uses basic yoga postures and fundamentals to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a relaxing atmosphere.  This is an all levels class.
 
Zumba
This fun-filled hi-lo impact cardio class combines Latin moves, hip-hop, funk, and belly dancing!  This class is for everyone!  This is a level 2 class.
 
Zumba Lite and Low
Dance away to Latin songs, country, oldies and Broadway in this fun class.  This class is designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people that are not used to exercising or people that may be physically limited.  This is a level 1 class.
