Extreme Cardio
A challenging cardio combo workout! This class will rotate instructors with a different format each week. Check the Saturday schedule in the studio for format and instructor teaching.
Hip Hop Hustle
Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too! This simple and easy to follow workout feels more like a night out on the town than exercise.
Hit the Road
An exciting way to cardio train! Start in the cycle room for cardio intervals on the bike, then take it outside for running intervals and drills.

If you want to learn to move through your day with symmetry and grace, have lean, flat abs and strong posture, this is the class for you!
Pilates w/Props
Take your Pilates workout to a different level by adding light hand weights, weighted balls and the exercise ball to tone and sculpt upper and lower body muscles with an emphasis on the core.
Power Cycle
This high intensity, interval training, indoor cycling workout is designed to improve performance, increase strength and endurance. This class is full of power-packed intervals, agressive hill climbs, and drills to push you to your personal edge!
Power Hour
This class combines skills and drills alternating cardio segments with strength training.
Powercut
Define yourself! This class offers a total body workout that targets each major muscle group. Rotate training through endurance, strength and power cycles.
Rep Reebok
This class is a reinvention of the traditional group strength training. Training focus rotates through endurance, strength and power cycles to create a periodized program that eliminates strength training plateaus.
Silver Sneakers
A chair-based exercise class offering a non-impact cardio and toning workout. This class includes stretching moves to increase flexibiltiy and range of motion.
Sunrise Yoga
Start your weekend off right with traditional yoga poses that will improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance along with leaving you refreshed and focused for your day.
Tai Chi
Slow dance-like movements create balance, flexibility, and calmness. Emphasis on deep breathing and mental imagery integrates your mind with your body. Great for relieving stress!

Zumba Lite 'n Low
Dance away to Latin songs, country, oldies and Broadway in this fun class. This class is designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people that are not used to exercising or people that may be physically limited.
