The Y offers a wide variety of your favorite group exercise classes FREE with membership. From yoga to boxing, we have something for every interest and every fitness level.  Whatever your goal is, there’s a class to suit your needs.  Our experienced instructors will help you have fun and get healthy while you gain strength, endurance, and increased energy. All group exercise classes are co-ed and designed for a variety of fitness levels.   You will find a group exercise experience that keeps you motivated, leaves you energized and gives you proven results.

**NEW CLASS ALERT** Tuesdays 6:30pm- High Fitness

 High Fitness is a group fitness class that combines
cardio, toning, and plyometric movements to create a modern take on aerobics. All fitness levels are welcome!


**SPECIAL ZUMBA HALLOWEEN DANCE EVENT** Tuesday October 29th  6:00pm-7:00pm.  Free for Members, $5 for Non-Members.
