Just as important, they learn firsthand the benefits of being healthy & active and that virtual games just can't compare to the real thing. Ballet and Gymnastics
Our Ballet & Gymnastics program provides an opportunity for children to develop both physical skills for a healthy lifestyle and personal skills to succeed in school and work, all while laughing and playing with a group of their peers. Parents can stay or leave the YMCA during the program knowing that their children are in a safe and loving environment. Children enjoy a warm atmosphere in which they have the opportunity to function in a structured setting. Activities will include ballet and gymnastics. Children can participate in both sessions or pick and choose sessions at your convenience.
Youth soccer programs are progressive with age-appropriate rules to help teach the game and keep it fun! Soccer is a sport that teaches important core values, while also emphasizing exercise and building endurance. All youth soccer league seasons present opportunities for character growth and health improvements in children.
